substances known to trigger chemical intolerance in me.
1. Cigarette smoke.
2. Petrol and diesel fumes.
3. Car exhaust fumes.
4. Perfumes, after shaves, scented soaps, hairsprays, etc, etc, etc.
5. Detergents (one of the bigest problems at the moment).
6. All solvent based products (glues, plastic woods, ect, ect ect).
7. Paints (especially gloss and radiator paints).
8. Newspapers and especially glossy magazines, and catalogs.
9. Dry cleaning chemicals.
10. New light bulbs.
11. All new electrical products (especially TVs, w/machines, computers,
fires).
12. Weed killers (and range of other gardening products).
13. New books.
14. New clothes.
15. New bedding (flame retardants?).
16. New carpets (flame retardants?).
17. New floor vinyl.
18. New (even most old) upholstery (flame retardants?)
19. Disinfectants (cleaning products in general).
20. Shoe, floor, and furniture polishes.
21. InkJet printer ink and laser toner chemicals.
22. New 'treated' timbers (flame retardants for definite, probably
others too).
23. Borax - natural alternative flame retardant.
Also.
• An ever widening range of allopathic (and alternative) medicines.
• Most ointments and lotions.
• An ever widening range of processed foodstuffs (especially containing
"E" no's).
• Most non-organic fruits and veg's.
• Some organic fruits and veg's (especially of lettuce and cabbage
family).
