Introduction

Satori-5 webmaster Gordon D McHendry on a rare good day in 2000...

     This section of Satori-5 is provided primarilly for ME/CFS and MCS/TILT sufferers who would like to view some of the material here offline due to health constraints; perhaps via a printout or small laptop while confined to bed by their illness. I will be increasing working towards this end by gradually making more and more of Satori-5's content available in this way.

How to Download Files
     If you are unsure how to go about downloading the files available from the "Downloads Menu" below then please just follow these few simple instructions:
1) Right mouse click on the download file of your choice and select "Save Target As" from the pop-up menu you are presented with.

2) Select "Desktop" [or somewhere else if you prefer] in the "Save In" window of the dialog box that has just opened.

3) Then finally left-mouse click on the "Save Button". The file will then be saved to your Desktop [or your chosen location] for you to access at any time.
     If you need to download Microsofts free Multimedia player [V9.1 or higher] to view the video files then you need to "Left-Click" on the link provided in the usual way. This will wisk you off to the Microsoft website so that you can download the required software directly from them.

     And that is all there is to it! I would just like to say in closing that if you know of an article that you feel would be of value to Satori-5's visitors then please tell me about it.
